I gave this product 3 stars because I was very happy with the shipping, but was disappointed with the package itself. I bought the tote as a Christmas gift. I was extremely happy with the time in which it was shipped. The package arrived at my house within only a couple days of ordering it just a week before Christmas. However, upon opening the package to take a look at the tote, I found that it does not close properly. The clasp works, but when it is fully engaged there is still a gap between the two sides that come together. Given that it is only a few days before Christmas, I am disappointed with the condition of the product and the amount of time that would be needed to return it and receive another in time for the holiday. I'm not sure if this particular tote is just faulty or if this is a common issue with these particular carriers. I think I may just end up looking for an alternate gift and returning this one. It's too bad because I really do think this is a cute product.
